Historic Average Spreads

To add new functionality, we had to recalculate all historical data. The calculation is still in progress. Therefore some of the functions may not work properly at the moment.

This data can be used to see whether the spread is getting better/worse over time. The historic spreads are shown as a moving average over the last 30 days.
