Anonymous data collection

You may visit our website without giving us your personal data. No personal data will be collected. For the improvement of our offerings we analyze just statistical data which allow no inference to personal data.

Collection and processing of data from our contact form

With your use of our contact form we collect personal data (details regarding personal or factual conditions of a certain or ascertainable natural person) only to the extent that you have made it available to us. Your email address will be used only for processing your inquiry. Your data will be deleted if you have not agreed to their further processing and use.

Use of email address for sending newsletters

We use your email address exclusively for internal advertising purposes, i.e., our own advertising materials. If you do not agree, you have the right to protest such use at any time. Such protest may be transmitted not just by email, but also by any other communication method. However, it has to reach us to become effective. No costs other than normal transmission costs are involved. Contact information for sending your protest can be found on our Legal Notice page. You may also use the “unsubscribe” link in our newsletter. Your email address will then be deleted.

Sharing of personal data

We do not share your data with third parties unless we have your express permission. The only exceptions are our service partners that we need for the fulfillment of our contractual responsibilities. In such cases we adhere strictly to applicable data protection laws. Sharing of data is kept to an absolute minimum.

Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and along with it the AdWords conversion tracking. Google conversion tracking is an analyzing service of Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA  94043, USA; “Google”).
When you click on a Google AdWord, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking purposes. Such cookies expire after 30 days, contain no personal data and are, therefore, not used for personal identification.
When you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, it allows Google and us to recognize that you have clicked on the ad and were transferred to a specific page. Each Google AdWords client receives a different cookie. Therefore, no possibilities exist that cookies can be monitored through the web pages of an AdWords client.
The information gathered with the conversion cookie is intended to compile conversion statistics for those AdWords clients who have subscribed to conversion tracking. Clients learn the total number of users that have clicked on the ad and were transferred to a specific tagged page. However, they contain no information with which users could be personally identified.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can set your browser software to not store cookies (deactivation option). You will not be added to the tracking statistics. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, an analyzing service of Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer which allow an analysis of your website visit. Use of Facebook Plug-Ins

These internet pages use plug-ins of the social network facebook.com which is operated by Facebook, Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). Use of Twitter Plug-Ins

The functions of Twitter services are part of our website. Twitter is a social media portal of Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107 (USA).
