We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and along with it the AdWords conversion tracking. Google conversion tracking is an analyzing service of Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA  94043, USA; “Google”).
When you click on a Google AdWord, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking purposes. Such cookies expire after 30 days, contain no personal data and are, therefore, not used for personal identification.
When you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, it allows Google and us to recognize that you have clicked on the ad and were transferred to a specific page. Each Google AdWords client receives a different cookie. Therefore, no possibilities exist that cookies can be monitored through the web pages of an AdWords client.
The information gathered with the conversion cookie is intended to compile conversion statistics for those AdWords clients who have subscribed to conversion tracking. Clients learn the total number of users that have clicked on the ad and were transferred to a specific tagged page. However, they contain no information with which users could be personally identified.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can set your browser software to not store cookies (deactivation option). You will not be added to the tracking statistics. Additional information as well as Google’s data protection statement can be found here: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
